Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Eligibility:
This offer is available exclusively to Cashflow Manager subscribers who upgrade to Cashflow Manager Gold annual subscription or new subscribers who sign up for a Cashflow Manager Gold annual subscription between January 14th and February 28th, 2025.
2. Free 1-Hour Bookkeeping Support Offer Details:
Eligible subscribers will receive a one-time, free 1-hour bookkeeping support session with a trusted advisor appointed by Cashflow Manager.
This session can be used for:
- Learning how to use the Cashflow Manager software effectively.
- Bookkeeping preparation or BAS (Business Activity Statement) preparation services, which include the following:

Please note: The session is limited to one hour. Please select your focus area carefully. If additional time is needed, extra hours may be purchased directly from the appointed advisor at your own expense.
3. Service Delivery
- Eligibility for the free 1-hour bookkeeping session is contingent upon purchasing or upgrading to the Gold Plan between February 1st and February 28th, 2025.
- After your purchase or upgrade, Cashflow Manager will contact you to acknowledge your eligibility and facilitate scheduling the session with the next available advisor.
- Sessions may be conducted either online or in person, subject to advisor availability in your location. However, in-person sessions are not guaranteed.
- Scheduling will depend on mutual agreement between you and the advisor, considering their availability and logistical factors.
- The free session must be scheduled and completed by February 28th, 2025. Any unused session time will expire after this date.
4. Additional Hours:
If more than one hour is required for bookkeeping or BAS preparation, additional time may be arranged directly with the advisor at your own cost, subject to availability.
5. Non-Transferable:
The free 1-hour bookkeeping support offer is non-transferable and is exclusively assigned to the purchaser’s details as provided in the checkout form (e.g., name, email, and company name). It cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other service.
6. Modifications and Termination:
Cashflow Manager reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraud.
7. Subscription Terms:
All subscriptions to Cashflow Manager Gold are governed by Cashflow Manager’s standard subscription Terms and Conditions. Cancellation of the subscription will result in forfeiture of the free 1-hour bookkeeping session if it has not been redeemed.
